Fall Again is Micro-short film that was filmed during the months after the fall of Hurricane Maria on the island of Puerto Rico. The short captivates the repetitive cycle that was lived all those weeks without communication, electricity and water. Sunsets blurred with sunrises, nights were filled with life and the days became longer than summer days. The abruptness of it all symbolizes the abrupt change of life I was faced with: from high school student to survivor. However, even if my life transitioned in an unimaginable way, nature remained the same. It adapted to the new surroundings, just like I had to do and how, in the future, I’ll do again.
